Eggs lightly poached so there's still plenty of liquid yolk to spread around...

15. Well you get your hollandaise sauce
You can either make your own (basically cream & eggs) or buy a "healthier" version that comes in a packet that you reconstitute. Poach your eggs (I cook them in some water in the microwave on low power), toast the English muffins, get some ham or Canadian bacon, put it all together and yumm.

7. The #1and #2 tip for scrambled eggs
Pull them off the heat while they're still slightly wet and butter them again after they're on the plate. Real butter only. Best eggs ever!

Oh, and only salt after cooking, not before.

I love good eggs, strait up is best.

8. I love scrambling them - and will add in cheese, bacon, asparagus
ham, onion, mushrooms... whatever is handy.

I suck at making omelettes (and spelling it), so I just put all the omelette (sic) crap into the scrambled egg mix, and have at it.

I also like my eggs over easy.

And hardboiled eggs are GREAT when chilled and eaten with a cold beer. Or in a salad.

Softboiled eggs are heaven when they're still hot, dipping the toast into the yolk.

And that's pretty much it for me when it comes to eggs.

Though egg combos - here's two things I really love:

1. Pancakes. I HAVE to have eggs with pancakes, and they have to be over easy, because I have to put the soft, over easy eggs between the pancakes in the stack. Wondrous!!

2. I also LOVE LOVE LOVE biscuits with sausage gravy, and the only thing better than biscuits and sausage gravy is biscuits with an over easy egg on top with sausage gravy and grated hunter's cheese (or stilton, or swiss, or, well, pretty much any cheese)

9. Raw, in a blender, with other stuff, making a smoothie.
Pretty much everyday. Lotsa other ways to enjoy 'em, I just figured no one else would bring up raw. I get dozens of fresh yard eggs from my neighbor.

10. Scrambled or omelet with sour cream
It makes them fluff. I have also mixed in that onion chip dip when I didn't have sour cream.

12. Here's a quick one for ya...if your in a hurry...
take one egg and cook it in a pan with butter...just a few minutes on each side...cover with tinfoil so it's easier to flip...

then lay a piece of ham in the skillet for a few minutes...about 2minuets per side...

lay the egg on top of the ham...lay a piece of cheese, any kind, on top of the egg...

turn off heat and make one piece of toast...when the toast is done...lay the egg, cheese and ham on top of the toast...

Wallah...quick breakfast if your in a hurry...it's pretty good to...

19. sounds like egg-in-a-hole
only more complicated. Take a glass and cut out center of bread. Put butter in a pan and melt. Put bread in pan and crack egg in the hole. Cook your hole in the pan too for dipping. Cook egg and bread on one side for a minute or two flip to the other side for another minute or two. Take out of pan and jelly up!

13. soft boiled eggs
place the eggs in the saucepan, cover them with cold water by about 1/2 inch (1 cm), place them on a high heat and, as soon as they reach boiling point, reduce the heat to a gentle simmer and give the following timings:

* 3 minutes if you like a really soft boiled egg
* 4 minutes for a white that is just set and a yolk that is creamy
* 5 minutes for a white and yolk perfectly set, only a little bit soft in the centre.

Peel, salt and pepper, eat.

17. Scrambled eggs deluxe.......
Do the same thing you did. When they begin to set, add 1 ounce cream cheese for every egg you used and stir it in. Add a few tablespoons of sliced fresh chives. Fit for company!

22. EOB
Egg on Bagel.

Scramble egg in bowl w/milk.
Pour into pan and cook.
In another pan, simultaneously cook smart bacon.
Put bacon on top of egg. Top with cheese of your choice. Steam.
Toast bagel of your choice (I prefer garlic), butter or not.

Stack. It's heaven.

For beautiful information on how to make eggs, ask Harry Mathews:
