Mother Arrested For Biting 11 Year Old Daughter

TAMPA, Fla. -- A 29-year-old woman was arrested on charges of biting her 11-year-old daughter on the arms, back and head during argument.

Tiffeney Jackson is being held without bail on charges of felony aggravated child abuse.

Police say Jackson was drinking and arguing with her boyfriend at the Best Economy Inn Monday night when she punched, slapped and bit the girl. Police reports say the bites broke the skin, and the girl had scratches on her face and a knot on her forehead.

The girl was treated for her injuries and released into her father's custody.
