Good Morning DU!
:donut: How is everyone this morning? (Remember - one more day until Friday!)

I'm just fine. Finally got the internet hooked up at home, so those of you on AOL IM, make sure to add me! :) Wakey, wakey people!

1. I just got woke up
I am dying I think. A little bit more everyday. Everyday is a little less sleep than the day before. I remember when I used to get sleep. It wasn't all that long ago.

Now it seems like a million years ago.

Now that I am wracked with insomnia I am going into a massive panic-attack/depression spiral over paying the bills and taking care of my SO.

Suicide is looking pretty awesome right now.

Thanks for asking.

Maybe I will be asleep at this time tomorrow. (I'm in PST)

2. Um...
Let's breathe, okay? First of all, not sleeping is better than not having a life at all. Hang in there okay? I know what it's like to have rough times, but suicide isn't the answer.

Things are good. He was here this weekend. He's having a hard time dealing with his feelings though. He has two major field ops coming up including a month long trip to California. He's just preparing to leave basically and didn't expect to get so attached (from what I can tell). But we're good.

I can't see myself with anyone else at this point and I'm sure you feel the same way about your significant other.

It's good to hear things are going good with him but it sucks you don't get many chances to see him. Your ability to make a long distance relationship like that work is really a motivating factor for me to make the relationship I'm in work. She really had it rough growing up, in fact I don't know anyone on a personal level who had it rougher. I'd do anything to see her make it to where she has prosperous life.

And thank you, I really appreciate it. Anyone can make a long distance relationship work as long as they put their minds to it.

I think I'm helping her out, she had no other place to go.. well her ex-boyfriend's but she didn't want to go there. Thanks and I send you my best wishes for the relationship your in.

I agree with that statement but I think it can go for any relationship. With my experience making a relationship work comes down to alot more then simply how the 2 feel about each other.

So what did you do for the fourth?

on edit: When I do that in the subject line it's because I can't think of anything to put there.

Everything takes work. :)

For the actual 4th, we went to a local club and then went to a friend's house party. We ended up staying up for over 24 hours. I went home about 6, showered, grabbed breakfast, and went to work. :) D had went to a friend's house in Nashville so we celebrated the night before together and the day after. What did you do?

:wow:

Sounds like you had alot of fun. I spent the day at my gf's best friend's house(the place she lived at previously, reason why she had to move out because her friend was getting inspected and she is section 8. I guess if the inspecters found out she was living there they would have to kick her out) who happens to be one of the funniest people I know in person. I can tell you so many stories of something she did or said that will probaly make you crack up. We drank a few wine coolers and BBQ'd, the food was delicous. :9 Then later on that night her husband took all of us to a mexican block party in Phoenix which was somewhat fun. They were trying to get me to dance but I was like naw-uh. Then her friend came up to me and asked me 'if we found her a guy to dance with her, would you get mad?' I said no, then some drunk guy who appeared to be in his forties came up to her dancing with a beer in his hand trying to get her to dance. Her friend was like 'go! Go out there!' She did, the guy tripped her. As soon as the song was over she came out running off the dance floor and was hiding behind me. It was kinda funny. The guy apologized to me, her, her friend, and her friend's husband. But later on when her friend came out of the bathroom he blew her kiss which really made her mad. It party was alright but the music they were playing were giving me and her a headache. After that we all went to sleep but it was a pretty fun day. Sorry about the long post

24. Morning Blondie!
I didn't sleep tonight because my brother's marine orientation starts in an hour. Most people would be happy about their brother graduating from boot camp. I am proud of him but not of why he is doing joining the marines. You see, he is a right wing extremist and only joined the marines to get out of going to college and to kill Iraqis. It made me cringe personally and now I have to spend ten days with him. Then, he leaves to serve as a military police in Missouri. Well, rant over.

Good morning and I hope you have a good day! :hi:

Good luck, hope you guys have a good time. Sorry to hear the reasons why he joined, but I guess it's something that he felt like he had to do for whatever reasons. And from my experiences and the marines I know, he'll be set straight REAL quick like about just wanting to kill people. Do you know where he's going to be stationed?

You have a great day too.

and hopefully after boot camp, he will have changed his reasons for being in marines.
Well, it's about time I showered and got ready. The graduation is the same time tomorrow so I'm sure I'll be seeing you. Bye.

No trainer this week. I'm trying to get a lot of stuff in order. My roommates (one is going to texas for awhile, the other is moving in with her boyfriend) are leaving me in charge of things so I'm pretty stressed. Plus work and I'm trying to get a car at the same time. I think my head would explode if I tried to work in working out with him right now.

You know the truth? I really don't even like donuts all that well. Too sweet for me. I don't even like chocolate that much actually.

No kidding! The one going to Texas is staying for a few months because her daughter is going through a divorce. While it will be nice to have the house to myself, it's also difficult trying to think about how much responsibility is on me. But anyways, sorry to go on and on. Thanks for listening.

31. Good afternoon to you!
IT's hot hot hot here in Oslo, Norway, a cool 24 degrees Celsius at least. I just came back from a lunch consisting of a locely hot dog, coffee and the continued reading of the smashing book "Stalingrad" by Anthony Beevor.

Later this afternoon I'm going over to my sister-in-law to pick up my baby son and my wife, then going to play some football, before returning home for some red meat and beer for dinner! The perfect day? You bet your scrotum it is!
