Thank you Skinner & DU my Fiance and I are getting married

We have decided to get married during the same time as the inaugural ball for Kerry and Edwards in Washington DC.

I met my fiance on DU and I wanted to thank Skinner and DU for allowing me to meet her "Lady Democrat".

She means the world to me and she has helped me with the grief of my Mothers passing. She has also helped me rebuild my business and has taught me how to run a business from the bottom up. Lady Democrat owned an ebusiness that went belly up after the boom.

At Christmas time Debbie sent me a huge Christmas package filled with candies, books, a sweater, some toys and treats for my kitty and several gift certificates for restaurants in my area so that I wouldn't have to eat alone during the holidays. I never thanked her for what she has done for me but it meant the world to me.

Several times she has visited me in Louisville and she refuses to live her until she gets her masters degree in Science. She recently got hired by Equal to be a recipe developer and I am so proud of her for being able to get off of disability after 10 years long years of having RSD. She still has RSD but she doesn't let that stop her from meeting her living her dreams and taking care of me and our Little Girl".

She has helped me with several other problems that I have had and I owe my life to her right now. She also tells me that she owes her life to me as well.

She is a great Chef, a good mother to our "little girl" and the best friend that i have in the world.

She is a beautiful lady and she will make a lovely bride.

Since we met on DU we both wanted to invite everyone who is going to attend the Inaugural Ball in Washington to a little gathering with food and drinks compliments of my "French Chef".

8. We both love people

Last year several people took it upon them self to make her feel like she didn't deserve to be on DU or a Chef.

I love her dearly and she has a heart of gold. No matter how much pain she is in she cooks for several womens shelters in Chicago and teaches them life skills and how to cook on a frugal budget.

I am blessed that I was allowed to meet the love of my life on here.

Because of the gastric bypass she can no longer urinate on her own. She was one of the voices on this board that spoke the truth.

I fell in love with her back in 2001 when this board first started out.
