Strange Ways People are described
I just got off the phone with someone who told me that she will not vote for Kerry because he looks like a Shoe-Maker.

What's the matter with Shoe Makers?

3. I won't vote for GWB because he looks like
a lying, cheating sonofabitch.

I'd take a shoemaker over that any day!

I responded that shoe makers were a good thing and if we didn't have shoes our feet would get dirty.

I was so taken aback with this comment I didn't know how to respond in any other way without being insulting or ROFL

7. For some reason, all I can think of are elfs...
Some childhood fairytale involving elfs and shoemaking....I got it...the only shoemaker I can think of is in Pinnochio. So Kerry reminds this person of Guiesippe (sp?) in Pinnichio? Go figure....

11. Man, I was WAY off on that name...
I think my mind is going in my old age.

Oh well, I'd rather vote for the kindly shoemaker then the evil Stromboli. (I went and looked up the movie on yahoo!)

10. I heard Bush described as the "President".
It doesn't get any stranger than that.
