and read the labels. The bullshit in the front rarely matches the nutritional information on the back.
I noticed a few years ago that "low-fat" ice creams increased the sugar as a simple way to maintain the same mouth feel.
Simple, cheap, low-everything alternative:
Store-brand large PLAIN yogurt for two bucks. (or make your own)
Splenda or Stevia for sweetening.
Vanilla extract or chocolate powder or unsweetened fruits and other goodies to add.
Mix to taste.
Eat as much as you want.
