7. I use the same double punch...

..and it has always worked for me.

You might try Avast anti-virus ( http://www.avast.com/ ). Works better than Norton did for me, and it's free.

get spywareblaster ...

i think it's better than spybot because you just install it and it runs itself ... if you don't keep running spybot, it doesn't protect you ...

spywareblaster also has a setting that would block spyware from resetting your home page ... if you get spywareblaster, turn on all the protections it offers ...

i used to have all kinds of problems ... not anymore ...

btw, i still run adAware once in awhile ... it's also a good program ... i would get both ... if you get spywareBlaster, you don't also need to get spybot ...
