Last couple rides I've been bothered by a pain in the butt. Localized, like something sticking me.

Noticed that one of the wires that supports the metal piece the leather is riveted to in the back had slipped on it's swaged washer that was supposed to hold it. The end of the wire was trying to work it's way trough the hide and had made a sharp little bump...

So I removed the rivets that held the hide in place and brazed that washer back in place. Now, to stop off on the way home tomorrow and get some harness rivets to put it back together...

I think it was a cheap saddle to begin with, not a Brooks...
