I guess they don't get online much - but as I sat down to write this, the story appeared on CNN. Guess the rest of the US will get a wake up call tomorrow! The CNN story said that all kinds of laws (from federal down to county) would have to be amended to get something like this through. Musta missed the FEMA scenario from the X-files movie.
