but who invented shaving. It's my least favourite morning activity, mostly because it goes on and on. I'm thinking about electrolysis. Not seriously, but every morning I scrape my face and every moring it seems like there has to be a better way.

and electrolysis (that word again) or waxing don't seem like an improvement. My understanding is tat oncea womanhas shaved her lgs a few times she is locked into a lifetime of such depilatory activity.

Pity, because normal hair on a woman's legs is fine. Stubble sucks. Caught by the machine of fashion, aren't we.

14. It's not anything about fashion.

Ask most women why they shave what they do. The response will probably be because it makes us feel comfortable. I personally don't really like having my legs disgustingly hairy. Makes me feel gross. I'd rather it be stubbly or clean shaven. If we don't want to shave, we don't. It has nothing to do with fashion in my opinion.

I'd either suggest bigger text or a change in font colors. The small blue is a little hard on the eyes. (Or it could just be me and in that case - ignore it).

but Saturday was hung over. Sunday my Wife's best friend and her partner came around for a meal, but it was a bit sad at the end as it was a goodbye meal as they are off to the Phillipines on a 2 year work contract.

I'm busy today just because I have so much stuff that needs doing or handing over before I go. I'll only be 2 weeks, you'll hardly know I've gone :-) Still here is a :hug: to keep you going. When I'm back you will be getting a request to fill me in on all that I've missed on DU!!

Had a great time at the Asian Cultural Festival. Both days were hot (upper 80's to low 90's) and we did the taichi demo slow-roasting in the sun. I feel for the other martial arts demos with mats and on the stage. Those who were barefoot blistered their feet on the hot surfaces.

Also, the soccer team got a stunning win in overtime. Ten wins in a row! :thumbsup:

The first rainfree weekend here out of the past 4 or 5. We still have the standard scattered showers forecast.
