Actually, I just got back from a 45-mile ride this morning, which was probably a mistake. I intended to just stretch my legs a bit, but the adrenaline took over. After spending the day in the yard on Saturday and hitting the trail for a 15-mile hike yesterday, I may not be able to move at all by this afternoon.

Which is why the lack of entertainment is so daunting. Here we are, in the midst of the only sports seasons that matter, and I'm left with nothing on a day when I really need my fix!
