Who here runs a computer on MS-DOS (as the main OS)? YAY!

My laptop (a 386) runs Ms-Dos 6.22

4. Damned DOS lovers....
I still keep it around on one of my machines (dual-boot w/ Win98) so I can play some old DOS-based games in 'native mode'.

Even in Win2k and XP, I still use command-line utilities for lots of stuff, since I program stuff for a living.

C:\fdisk

5. how big is this laptop?
if it's a 386, it's probably about as thick as clinton's book and has the dimensions of poster board

8. I work with DOS all the time
My services are getting very valuable, too. We have machines that are mandated to run DOS programs which were developed in the '80's.

Anybody who graduated from a technical school after '96 knows NOTHING about DOS.

9. Can't play Duke Nukem 3D without it!
I use System Commander with a DOS 5.0 configuration just for that purpose.

Some of the old Infocom games work better under DOS as well.

11. I think I had more fun on my old MS-DOS machine. . .
Than all my Windoze machines combined. I had to save up a long time to afford that 32 MB hard drive, but when I did get it, man was that a sweeeet machine.
