Maggie Trigg and Phyllis Dobson's Access for Office XP goes all of the way to VB for Access. It's highly detailed and very step-by-step though, so, if you're pretty experienced you might not have the patience for this.

I'm halfway through 600 plus pages. It's easy to follow. Doesn't talk down to you. I like it.
