The George Jetson folds-up-into-a-briefcase flying car. May not be fast, or stylish, but it would spend no time sitting in traffic, and I wouldn't have to worry about it getting dinged up in parking lots.

10. Well, if gas was no issue then,
I would own a 71 corvette with an L-series 454 V-8. I wouldn't want it tricked up, just clean. A monte carlo with that engine would work too! Though turbo charging it might be fun.

A serious waste of gas tho.

Just like this, only painted up like No. 6's car form The Prisoner.

Problem is that they don't sell them pre-built here in the States. You can only get them in kit form. I also hear that they are a bitch to register with the DMV.

35. Old Saabs are great
I had a 1972 96 V-4 Deluxe. Most fun car I've ever owned and I was an idiot to sell it. They have a wonderful look as well. I've never driven the two-stroke engine but I've heard they're great. The old ones are fantastic cars to drive for their road-handling capability. They'll turn on a dime.

One: A burgundy 1957 Lincoln Mark II

Two: A bottle green 1967 Mustang Fastback (The Shelby Model from "Bullitt")

Three: A black 1968 Dodge Charger R/T (The "other" car in the "Bullitt" chase)
(A translucent blue-violet 1969 Daytona Charger I'll take if out of the above)

Four: A midnight blue 1969 Jaguar XKE two-seater

See...I'm easy to please. :)

33. 1963 Maserati Sebring - Fantastic Car !
A car with spirit and soul, with the smell of leather, gasoline, wood, and not made with any plastic or vinyl. Just look at the elegance of this car:

Also my co-favorite is the 1965 Renault Alpine A110, probably the greatest road rally car of its generation. This was one of the fastest, lightest, most maneuverable cars ever built. Porsches could not compete with it on mountain roads because of its incredible handling ability. And it's a gorgeous sports car too, absolutely gorgeous.

34. 1934 Chrysler Airflow...

It was, by all accounts, a fine auto, but a marketeting disaster, nearly taking Chrysler under in the process.

Apparently, in 1934 people weren't ready for such a departure in style.

40. I had my dream car...
a Saab 2003 fully loaded 9-3 sport sedan. I ended up getting a DUI. It ended up going to my mother. When I get my license back in December, there will be absolutely no way I will be able to insure it. Goddamn you, NJ and your ridiculous rates!!!

I'm especially bitter because the night I was arrested I KNEW I couldn't drive, but the people I was with (superiors at one of my theatre jobs) insisted I was good and shoved me in my car and told me to go home. Yeah, and I was arrested on a DUI. It's costing me my dream car plus thousands of dollars. I will never be able to respect them again. Never even gave an apology or help in any form.

Man....my car was hott....
