7. More than 10 years ago, a guy called the Pope of Pot would have your

order delivered by bicycle within NYC. He was later arrested for handing out clean needles as a protest to no government help in stopping the spread of AIDS, etc. He was arrested because of the delivery service. (The local TV news announced, "The Pope has been arrested!") He was a character.
