The guy in the next cell (cube) and I were having a discussion about what a waste of time the ammendment to ban gay marriages is, when this fundie asshole screams, "It's al because of activist judges!" I felt like telling him to shut the fuck up and who cares what you think. Why do righties feel obligated to interrupt and tell us what they think?

How is it judicial activism to make sure the Constitution is enforced? Ask the asshole if he thinks judges should just ignore the Constitution when they make their rulings or if he thinks maybe the Constitution should be consulted from time to time?
