Ok, am I an old-timer yet ??

A great big HOWDY to all my DU friends ...

My ten cents:

1. bush will lose
2. we're not doing enough to help Kerry
3. stop beating on the Greens - their platform is better than ours
4. Nader should not be running
5. churches should lose their tax exempt status
6. I spend way too much time on DU
7. I own the coolest welshterrier in the world
8. I post 80% in General Discussion, 20% in the Lounge
9. the Massachusetts Democratic party is a joke
10. we need to put the unity of the left above all other issues

6. No resting. Had 3 bouts with pneumonia

early in the year, and then Mr. blm was moved to a larger paper so had to find a house, sell a house and move in and paint a house. (All with a very active 3yo)

btw, tough times in the newspaper biz ... i work for a computer "trade" newspaper and we're not exactly raking in the dough ... and my local copy of the Boston Globe has become more like the Boston Pamphlet ...

the good news is that my cute little welshterrier can easily bring in the paper every morning ... well, except the Sunday paper ...

Although after a few months of pneumonia the body still feels like it needs rest most of the time. I swear it felt like every muscle in my body was bruised from the coughing.
