12. what I do when that happens

is sit upright, very still, someplace quiet, and slowly inhale.

I feel the air going into my lungs and take a minute to think how cool it is that something that simple keeps me alive every minute of every day. I feel my heat beating, loyal and simple, just pushing blood through my whole body.

I exhale, slowly, and feel the muscles execute the task. Over and over this will happen, and the fact that it happens so well is very comforting to me.

Repeat as needed.
