My day was horseshit and very stressful. I got this email from my brother today, and apparently he's having some severe problems with his antidepressants, so tomorrow I'll be staying with him for a few days until he feels better. He's been really down lately and he just doesn't care about anything anymore. So, with me being there, I hope he cheers up. I'm also going to bring him to the doctor's office tomorrow. Hopefully he can help. :shrug:

When I took Paxil, it made me feel the way he does. I should've known it would've done the same to him as it did to me. We're identical twins, so I would think Paxil would react the same with him as it did me. :shrug:

I just fell asleep too early and woke up again.

Today sucked for me as well. My assistant is on vacation, as is my big boss. I'm buying them both lunch when they get back. Work will continue to suck this week, I predict.

and can't get to sleep at all this summer! I could easily without trying stay up all night and never go to sleep. I usually have to force myself into bed at 5am trying to fall asleep, but just end up rolling around miserable and uncomfortably and trying to pass the time thinking of meaningless crap until 8 or 9 rolls around and i might pass out, or the sunshine and birds chirping will just get me up again. *le sigh*

Applied for a ... job today. Mr. Politicat told me over the weekend that if I want to trade in the gas guzzling suburban he's had for 5 years and my hyundai (which is nearly out of warranty) I have to go back to work.

Since I really want the bio-diesel Jetta and the Prius, it's back to the salt mines of technical writing or curing neurosis or teaching world history to bored 13 year olds.

but there is such a loooooong waiting list, that even by the time we get a new car in march they still wouldn't be able to give us one :(

I can make my Hyundai last (which was the most efficient car on the market when we bought it) until the prius comes in....

18 month waiting list here, and we're considered a "priority" location, since they never, ever collect dust in the parking lot here in Boulder County.

I fell asleep around 11:30. This summer's sucked so far, seeing as how I can't fucking sleep in if my life depended on it. Every morning I get up at 6:45 sharp - it doesn't matter if I went to sleep at 8:00 PM or 4 in the morning. :( :(
