School Bans Wearing Underwear As Outerwear
<snip>

KEYSER, W.Va. -- Underwear will have to stay under at one West Virginia high school.

There's a new dress code at Keyser High. Underwear as outerwear is out -- as are tube and halter tops and muscle T-shirts.

The new regulations ban clothing that could disrupt the educational process. Administrators have had enough of bare bellies, miniskirts and exposed panties.

1. Man...where was this when I was in high school?
All the Madonna wanna-bes kept trying to dress like her with their underwear on the outside.

2. The school I teach at...
banned under ware as outer ware 15 years ago. I hate dress codes. I could care less what kids are wearing, and care more if they are reading, writing and THINKING!
