Coffee Lauger, an invention of wisconsin, is 1 part coffee, 3 parts beer. After the beer is done, 3 pound coffee bags are dipped into the lauger, like tea bags. They are pulled out about 3 minutes later.
The Food Network did a segment about it, but I am unable to find it. I wish I had lexusnexus
