Has anyone tried the new Kids Cereal made with splenda? |
|
Post has now made a version of their kiddy cereal with splenda so half of the carbs are gone and it has 75% less sugar.
It's cheaper then the regular kind and it's tastes kind of good.
Has anyone else tried the new Trix, Coco Krispies, French Toast Cereal or any of the other flavors that are made with splenda now?

3. splenda is sugar molecules |
|
And with all the other crap in cereal anyway, the splenda is the last thing I'd worry about if choosing junk cereal for my kids.

I'm switching to Splenda more because I'm getting older and worry about diabetes. I feel better off the sugar too. I've been drinking Crystal Light teas for about a year now and I like them pretty good. I don't even have sugar in the house anymore, not even Splenda. If you don't sugar your cereal and don't bake, turns out you don't need sugar!

5. They had 6 boxes for $10.00 |
|
If you bought two boxes you got a coupon for another $1.00 off after the discount each box cost about $1.15 which isn't bad.

Splenda, aspertame, all that artificial stuff is bad for your pancreas. Fools it into thinking some sugar is on it's way to your digestive system, so it overproduces insulin. Then your blood sugar drops, you crave more sweets, its a vicious cycle.

For the first time in my life, I don't crave starch or sweets. It's working great, thank you for your concern.

I don't like tea that well and have never drank it full strength. When I talk about drinking Crystal Light, I'm talking 3/4 water with about 1/4 peach tea for flavor. I eat cereal about once a week, I eat other stuff for breakfast, usually some kind of wrap. I've really cut all kinds of sugar and sugar products out of my diet. This is just better than full sugar when I splurge once in a while. Seriously.

14. I also make my Crystal light very weak |
|
I put twice as much water in because I can't stand the flavor being so strong.

7. Know what's even better? |
|
Oatmeal, made with 100% oats and nothing else. Add a sliced banana or some other fresh fruit and no sugar at all is needed. Yum!
Why eat from a test tube?
