Fantasy football anyone?

I've opened up a free league at Yahoo. DU'ers only.

Only 11 spots available. Online live draft is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, August 17th at 5pm EDT.

Anyone interested? Spots are first-come, first-served.

P.S. Newcomers are welcome. The only prerequisites are a love of football, a willingness to stick with the game to the end of the season, and reasonable DU credentials to ensure that no "undesirables" get into the league (i.e., people with only 6 posts to their name need not apply).

Is there already an "official" DU fantasy football league? If so, who's the commish?

I'd be happy to rename my league something akin to "version 2.0."

It's just that DUFFL (Democratic Underground Fantasy Football League) had such a nice ring to it. :-)

I play in my office league, with mostly dolts. I'd like to play with people who can spell SAT.
