4. From FoodTV.com
1 quart mayonnaise
3/4 quart apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/4 tablespoon cayenne pepper
Prepared horseradish
Lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Place all ingredients in a very large blender or food processor. (It may be necessary to do this in 2 batches; just add 1/2 of each ingredient and then repeat.) Blend for 1 minute, or until thoroughly combined and mixture is smooth. Pour sauce into a large bowl.

Use when grilling chicken; brush lightly over the chicken during the last few minutes of grilling. This sauce is also great for dipping; set some sauce aside for passing at the table.

5. If it was on Bobby Flay
That's really all you need to know. Just say "no" to annoying celebrity cooks.

I just learned about putting cole-slaw on BBQ sandwiches. Now that's good stuff!

14. Actually, the recipe is not Bobby's.
It is Big Bob Gibson's Alabama White BBQ Sauce. It was just shown on Bobby's show.

7. I saw that as well. It looked pretty "soupy" like the consistancy of
a salad dressing.

21. I've Tried It, But I Liked This Non-Traditional Sauce Better
Cornell chicken marinade.

http://barbeque.allrecipes.com/az/CrnllChicknMrind.asp

It's an oil-and-vinegar based marinade thickened with egg. I know, it sounds odd, but it's really great! BTW, I recommend smoking over a hardwood if possible. The smoke flavor really comes through with a marinade like this.

23. Food TV says it's popular in Alabama
But I've lived in Alabama (almost) all my life, and I'd never heard of it. Around these parts, barbecue is red and vinegar-based.
