I need some serious help: I'm addicted to McDonald's.
Please do not bring up anything that is going to make me throw up, because I'm already about to. I'm just sick of not having anyplace to cook and eating fast food, junk food, and crap. UGH....
Thanks for the rant.

1. Come on, there's way better fast food joints out there
then McDonald's.
What do you get when you go there?

2. Number 2.
Two regular cheeseburgers, fries, large coke.
Or the McChicken.

4. You should go to Arby's
if that's a national chain, I'm not sure if it is and I don't know where you live.

They have a lot of "healthy" choices like cold cut sandwiches, grilled chicken sandwiches, etc.

What about Subway or another sandwich shop?

It's cool to eat out but since you do it often you should try for something healthier.

But look at me the pot calling the kettle,

I had a 5-piece chicken nuggets and medium fry at Wendy's for dinner!

10. The #2 still exists in that form?
geez, all the McDonald's near me moved the 1/4 pounder into the #2 slot...:(

No pity here. I love Mickey D's. Sickening, isn't it?

3. Used to be addicted.
There is a MickyD's real close to my apartment. I used to go there almost everyday for breakfast.

Then one day, a friend of mine sent me the link to the county health department website. You can look up restaurants to see if they pass inspection. My McDonald's had like 8 violations and they were threatening to close them down if they didn't fix the problems. Problems included roaches, moldy drink dispensers, employees not washing their hands, etc. Yuck! :puke:

That fixed my little addiction right then and there. I'm cured!

14. I second that *SPOILER*
The poor guy almost dies. The doctors have never seen anything like it. His liver ends up worse than an alcoholic's.

Who knew McDonalds was so bad? It's like poison!

15. Buy stuff from a grocery store that doesn't have to be cooked
like sandwich stuff or salad stuff. Do you have a microwave? There are plenty of ways to cook real food with just a microwave.
