9. In general, life is good

But money is an issue these days. I had a HUGE (like quadruple) property tax increase due to reassessment and now I may be losing my primary job. :-(

I'll be OK for awhile, but I certainly don't have the funds for NYC, although I had planned on it and have that week off.
