Shrub be arriving in Tampa this morning to attend the conference on human trafficing. But this is not a campaign visit, so YOU get to pay for it. 2. You know the Mayor of York, PA sent the Bush Campaign a bill

for $21,000. Bush made a stop in his town but 'it wasn't a campaign visit, so they had to pay for it'. The mayor wasn't going to put up with that line of bullshit.
