Heard a good * joke:
Dubya has been on and on about how he's improved education in Texas. It turns out that's true. When Ann Richards was governor of Texas, only 10 per cent of high school students in the state could read as well as the governor. Now that figure is up to 90 per cent.

3. What's so funny about a -
governor that's a poor reader or a president who brags that he doesn't read books and also brags about being a "C" student (well actually C-). How may H.S. kids will use his poor example to justify not studying? This man being in there is a real tragedy for many many reasons. Well, on second thought, it will be a lot funnier when he is gone.
