2. Make it Andalusian style
Sorry, I don't have a recipe, but if I were you, I'd look for an authentic Andalusian one on line. They puree it so that it's almost liquid--even more fine than an Indian soup. Then they chop up hard boiled egg, onions, chick peas and cilantro and put any combination or all of them into each individual serving to taste.

8. "Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown"
Gazpacho always reminds me of that movie. I wouldn't recommend that recipe, though.

10. Last time I made....
Gazpacho was for a dinner of 12. One third of the goup said it was too spicy, another third said it was just right, and the rest said it need a bit of vodka.

Try this:
16 ounces tomato juice (spicy V-8)
16 ounces beef broth (organic, but can use bouillon)
3 shots of vodka or beer
2 cup freshly dice tomatoes
1 cup diced cucumber (peel first)
1/4 cup minced green bellpepper
1/4 cup minced onion
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Tabasco or Jalisco sauce to taste
Salt & pepper to taste

Bring beef broth and tomato juice almost to a boil. Remove from heat and add seasonings. While cooling add remaining ingredients. Chill for several hours.

This goes great with a salmon dish.
