Just got home from the town's bicentennial parade- nearly 2- 1/2 hours long. All the usual bands and floats and politicians.
ROFLMAOOL.
There were about ten mounted sheriff riders, and following behind were two kids. One carried a shovel, and the other wheeled a cart with a garbage can for the horse droppings.
Directly behind this group were the local Rethugs- all decked out in their *-Chainey T shirts. There were too many of them to count, and there was a little bit of applause from around us.
Somehow, the front of the Rethug group- with the big banner- ended up in front of the two kids- shoveling shit. It looked like the kids were shoveling the droppings of the Rethug leaders, not the horses.
