Speaking of Obnoxious Bumper Stickers

Yesterday I saw one with a Confederate flag besides which was written, "It's a White Thang."

Of course it was on a big ass pickup truck with huge tires. :eyes:

with the Grand Army of the Republic emblem on it saying, "You lost the War, GET OVER IT!"

(for those who don't know, the GAR was the Union Veteran's organization; like the Confederate veteran organization, it is still in existance, with a museum in Springfield IL)

4. I am a recent transplant to the south

and they are STILL re-fighting the civil war on the op/ed page of the local paper. I don't even know what they could find to write about it anymore. It is OVER, you were WRONG, and you LOST.

I used to live in DC. If you drove a vehicle with a sticker like that on it there, would not be long b/f something bad happened to it (the vehicle, not the sticker).

5. Sometimes you have to wonder...

whether these bumper stickers designed to piss off hundreds of voters (except the wingnuts) on a routine trip to the 7/11 are really the work of double secret agent man.

6. I've seen one with the U.S. and Confederate Battle flags on it...

that reads:

Yankees 1
Rebels   0
Halftime!

What scares me most is that the owner of this particular sticker is a member of the U.S. Marine Corps.

8. Oy...now that's one of the worse one's I've heard of. My relatives...

down South have ones on almost all their cars with the Confederate flag on it and next to it it says "Heritage not Hate".
