In all actuality, most people would tell you I've done more shilling than skewering. It's my belief that Kerry is wrongheaded on a great many things, but I believe the difference between Kerry and Bush is significant enough to vote on, and so I try to make that point whenever I can.

I had a good long laugh about that. I've seen so much of that happening. People get hammered for criticizing one minute and then hammered for being a lap dog the next. This place is a street brawl anymore.

I just read the thread of the press release for Kerry talking about the war on terror. As one who has been critical of John, I have to say it is a major improvement over some of the vague stuff that leaves one wondering if he will be a kinder gentler Bush in the WOT. However, despite the wonderful press release, the entire thread is an anti-Kerry festival. What the heck? I can only stop in for a few minutes anymore without being so disgusted that I leave and go do something else.
