Are the doping allegations over Lance Armstrong true?
I was curious. I hadn't read much about this. All I know is some guy in France was accusing him of doping.

Are the allegations true? It would be sort of dissapointing, considering his recovery and accomplishments after were quite amazing and inspirational in some ways.

2. He's never tested positive for anything illegal.
So, innocent until proven guilty, I say.

3. Lance is really an American Hero
Since he battled cancer, I'd imagine his metabolism would be such that they might THINK they found something, but he's such a GREAT guy that I cannot believe something like that...

Hey you know those French... They conspired with the Ruskies to fix skating!!! And they didn't really invent Freedom Fries!!! Heck, they lost a war with Greenpeace!!!

Lance is 'The Power of Positive Thought!'

14. Hey, how 'bout an "American Nobody" who "ditched" his?
like ME? Oh, wait...I'm the one who got "ditched"...TWICE...

Lynne, you know it takes 2 to tango. I'm surprised you're laying all the blame on Lance for his marriage going tits-up.

I take it a little personal when I see people inferring "Lance Armstrong? He ain't SHIT. Can't keep a marriage going..."

See? we got more than just 2 wheels in common...

7. Lance Armstrong has worked his ASS off to be where he is
If you've followed the Lance Chronicles you'd see how much hard work and preparation goes into his training. He is an American hero and deserves everything he gets. As far as this French-hating stuff, let's just grow up.

Good luck Lance on Number Six!

8. NO!
Five YEARS they have made him piss in a cup without warning (they show up at 6 AM and get him out of bed, meet him as he's leaving a movie or whatever) Five years PLUS the French have tried to "get the goods" on him WITHOUT success.

You wanna know what that asshole who wrote "L.A. Confidental" has to go on? The accusations of a woman who was let go from her job as a massage therapist for "inappropriate actions" (read between the lines) Hell, it's all "National Enquirer" bullshit. The guy even admitted in an interview "I have no proof of these allegations. I just set out the facts and let the reader draw their own conclussion..." I'm surprised he didn't accuse Lance of getting secret potions from "Bat Boy"...

About the most unkind thing I'll ever say about Lance is that he's a "Freak of Nature". Everything just came together to create the most incredible cyclist who's ever lived.

9. same thing every year
Every year they accuse him of doping. It's very predictable. He is one of the most tested athletes on the planet. I think it's a shame that they are trying to smear him like this.

13. Either he's clean as a whistle...
..or he's got a secret bunker full of chemists concocting new, undetectable steroids for him. Either way, they've never caught him.
