1. Well, after I voted, I realized that I should have said "other"-
I could function if I knew that they were being well cared for. Also, if I was somewhere with palm trees and drinks with umbrellas, I think I'd be ok to spend a week on vacation...

2. other too.
i did function for about 3 weeks. but i did come in contact with dogs and rodents(gerbils and desert rats. AND i was looking at their BUT when i did come in contact with 3 kittens and 2 adult cats, i wanted to keep them.

5. She was lost for a week!
She slipped out of the door when we were packing up for a ski trip. We didn't even know she was gone until we got back and there was a note from my friend (who was supposed to be taking care of her) that she didn't see the cat all weekend. We finally found her a few days later in the overgrown field next door. She probably had fun on her little outdoor adventure, but my husband and I were so upset the entire time. It was awful.
