Rarely do you hear what any of the "coalition" members got in return for sending their troops into harm's way in Iraq... MoveOn should put an ad in the NYTimes (or somewhere, maybe USA TOday - ?) listing each "coalition" member and what they received (for example, US$3bn in gov't aid, etc etc... seems like lifting trade tariffs with Australia was a benefit to Au and will cost the US $$$$$$$)...
THen a grand total at the bottom, which amount, of course, has never been part of the US's "budget".
Whaddya think?

I like it.
They should add the money to the cost of war too.

Yup, I think it would be an eye opener, b/c the Repubs all yammer endlessly about those who are with us 'morally' when actually the other 'coalition' members are mostly just in it for the hand outs! Not that I blame these other countries, some are desperately in need of aid, but still, Americans need to know how much money is being given away.
