Aladdin President Bill Timmins ordered security guards to escort pop diva Linda Ronstadt off the property following a concert Saturday night during which she expressed support for controversial documentary filmmaker Michael Moore.

Timmins, who was among the almost 5,000 fans in the audience at the Aladdin Theater for the Performing Arts, had Ronstadt escorted to her tour bus and her belongings from her hotel room sent to her. Timmins also sent word to Ronstadt that she was no longer welcome at the property for future performances, according Aladdin spokeswoman Tyri Squyres.

oh well, guess i can never spend my money in Aladdin ever again.

but then, outside of the buffet they have nothing of worth.

if i remember correctly it was a failing casino bought out by a contingent of hollywood investors including arnold swarzennegger, bruce willis, and others. i think the planet hollywood group?

meh, nothing else worth missing there besides the buffet though. and i can find better food in the SF Bay Area.

12. i'd assume so, PH was a fad that came and went.

everyone went to it for like a 2 year span and then everyone realized it was just an overpriced hamburger in a wax museum filled with chotchkes. spending that much money wasn't worth the experience. each PH i pass by now is almost *routinely* barren of customers. no one wants to waste their time.
