Tomorrow I meet the crew of Eagle...ask me anything!
I scored an invite to a reception tomorrow evening honoring the
Apollo 11 astronauts on the 35th anniversary of their historic
moon landing.

Anybody got any q's they'd like me to ask Armstrong, Aldrin and Collins?

1. Don't ask "Was it all a hoax?" unless you want Aldrin to deck you.
But seriously, I'm extremely envious. Give them the thanks of a grateful nation on my behalf.

2. Yes

Exactly where is the hangar where they set up the props and staged the whole thing?

JUST KIDDING! :)

Wow, what an invite, I wish I could meet them, that would be awesome.

4. Now those guys are heroes.
I miss the Apollo missions. Give them a huge thanks from me and my husband. I was 4 when it happened and I remember it so clearly. We were at my Dad's cousin's house in Louisville and they had the TV out by the pool (which I thought was pretty cool). I remember everyone getting out the pool and just watching in awe.

5. Did they see me?
I waved!

Seriously, I'll borrow a question from my favourite book ever - Dhalgren (paraphrased)

"When you were on the moon, did you see anything you didn't expect - something that spooked you?"
