1. Unprocessed, whole grain, unbleached rice.
Complex carbs are good in small doses, preferably earlier in the morning IMHO. O8)

6. Yes, and it's not that much more ($) than brown.
The taste difference is subtle, but noticable. Nutty, more robust.

Don't know about nutritional differences. If it's Tibetan, it's gotta be Buddah good.
