Name as many movies that you can with dialog way over your head
Edited on Mon Jul-19-04 06:55 PM by MrScorpio
I saw Matrix Reloaded last night again and all that philosophizin' between the chop socky made my head hurt.

I'm no idiot, but I couldn't follow any conversation that Neo had with a program, especially the one he had with the Architect. (I was too busy drooling over Monica to follow what that French fuck was saying in the earlier scene)

If you have an inkling what it was all about, don't bother trying to explain it to me. I ran out of aspirin.

So tell me, who else had this experience?

I remember when Altered States came out, I said "What the fuck did he just say?"

Did this ever happen to you?

I didn't follow that "architect" scene either, in fact I found it dull and annoying. I haven't even bothered to watch the last Matrix movie yet, mostly because of that crap. (I drooled over Keanu in the sex scene, the tribal dancing was cool too)

:P

6. Probably you were looking too high for it :-)

I think most of the dialogue in the second two Matrix movies was LOUSY. I can't believe they had so many cliches in there--one character actually goes 'Are you questioning my authority, Captain?' :D They even had the soldier dying glacially slow, imparting his wisdom on to the younger comrade while the battle seems to magically form a bubble of invulnerability around them... blech.

10. I've never watch that movie all the way through
I found the complete idiocy to painful to watch

Me, Myself and Irene, on the other hand, had me rolling on the floor.

The boys dialoge was way over the top, but I could follow it and it made the movie so fucking funny.
