How do you take a snapshot of your computer screen?

1. The first thing you need to do is buy a camera.

Or failing that, hit <Ctrl> <Print Screen> then paste it into a graphics program like Paint.

2. Use <CTRL> - <PRINT SCREEN>
Then you can paste (EDIT -> PASTE) the picture into a Word Document or Microsoft Paint. (If you running Windows)

3. F13 on a PC, Shift+Command+3 on a macintosh
Then just paste into your favorite text or graphics application.

5. Press Print Screen
Press Print Screen to store it in the windows buffer. Then go to some software that will accept the graphic in the windows buffer and press Ctrl-V.

11. when you're done with the snapshot,
pick your monitor up and shake it over your head and you'll have a blank slate to start with
