What does "Crashcart" mean?

It's used in reference to Vice President !@#%!@#$. Sorry, this is one piece of slang that I just don't know.

2. It's a medical term

A crashcart is used in hospitals; it's supplied with equipment and meds for patients who are in cardiac arrest or the like.

5. I am not a doctor but

...as a fan of medical shows from the Ben Casey and Dr. Kildare days I assume it is the cart that has the defibrallator and cardiac needles/ drugs that they would wheel in in case of a cardiac arrest in the ER.

is roughly the equivalent of a small crashcart, like the ones they use when people have a cardiac 'crash' -- it operates roughly like the paddles they use on a cardiac defibrillator that is rolled around on a cart. Hence crashcart.
