just woke up an hour and a half ago and can't get back to sleep. no big deal, though. it's not like i have to get up early in the morning or anything.

Knee's acting up some. I sprained it a month ago, then re-injured it last night.

It's finally cooled off and there's a bit of a breeze. I'm on my porch with my laptop.

Quiet out here... a few cars on the highway, the occasional barking dog, but I'm enjoying the peace and quiet.

Have you ever tried listening to an audiobook to go to sleep? I've found that can be just the right thing, audiobook on headphones. I recommend Austen and Neal Stephenson highly for sleep. (Not because they're boring!)

I'm seriously pissed off about work and can't sleep. The nap I took today probably didn't help.
