that this amazing artist and superb human was killed by a lunatic almost 24 years ago. To this day it seems to me so absurd. Like it didn't even really happen. It's so beyond fiction but, alas, it's all too real. But we still have John's music and we always will.
OK, sorry to be maudlin. Love John, love all the Beatles.

It's a tie. George's post Beatle stuff was great. If you ever get the chance, see The Concert for George DVD. I used to like John a lot more when I was younger.
