I found it a few years ago, but I get so busy during the school year that I forgot about the site. A friend I work with started sending me the top 10 conservative jerk list from DU, so I thought I'd better find the site again.

I bet you found my site looking for animated cats. I got carried away years back with the animated cat thing, but so many people seemed to enjoy it, that I am glad I did. Anyway, playing with html and working on my site has always been a favorite hobby.

I gave up posting on line or taking part in newsgroups years ago, but after finding so many cat lovers, and intelligent, sensible folks, I just couldn't resist.

Finding DU's forums is like finding that heavenly forum I almost came to believe couldn't exist. I hope we don't ever get flamers flinging out their nastiness, which ruined in my previous heavenly groups.

I read the replies of some hateful idiots on Linda Ronstadt's guest book, which reminded me of just how brainless people on line can be. Sometimes people just don't realize that there are real, feeling human beings reading the filth that they write on line. People will write things on line that I bet they wouldn't say to a person face to face.

I just happen to have cats. I think that people who love cats or dogs are just people who love animals. My husband had a horse once that he felt the same way he feels about our cats.

but not everybody does. I once pressed a friend into taking a tiny abandoned kitten, even though he kept saying to me "you know I don't like cats!" He had always had dogs. Well, guess what?! That cat is now 14 and is the light of his life. He has become the resident expert on cats at work, the one that everyone knows to go to with their kitty questions. I have another friend who only likes cats. He couldn't tell the difference between my Cocker Spaniel and my Cairn Terrier. I just don't understand this. I just love animals and even count a mouse and a rat among the pets I have had, LOL!:D
