CHAPPELLE TO COMEDY CENTRAL -- BUH-BYE: Just the other day, Dave Chappelle told PBS's Charlie Rose that even though "Chappelle's Show" was smokin' the competition in the ratings, he has not signed on to do a third season with Comedy Central. But don't worry, the comedian's not out of work. Variety says Chappelle is negotiating with New Line Cinema to write and star in "Dave Chappelle's Family History of the World," which would Chappelle-ize the deliciously twisted premise for Mel Brooks' "History of the World Part I." Chappelle would play various members of his family and their fictitious involvement with great events in history from biblical days to the present.
