Coleman, of course, is going nuts thinking he's going to "hit it" (despite the fact that he's no longer equipped to do so), and Eleanor is closely holding vigil, preparing herself for another shouting match, kind of the way she did last time this happened. The poor kitty outside sounds like a young child throwing a tantrum. This is going to be a long night. I should be in bed by now anyway.
