This getting up and exercising thing is working out ok after all... |
|
... so far anyway.
And it's cooler in the morning than it is when I come home from work.
Let's hope I can stay motivated.

1. After about two weeks, you'll find you can't WAIT to exercise. |
|
It's something about the endorphins or whatever that your body produces when you exercise. It's like you become addicted to them. That's why joggers can get very irritated if weather prevents them from getting out on the track/road. I went out and jumped on my bike Sunday when I got fed up waiting for the threatening rain clouds to blow over. Just HAD to get moving.
So just hang in there for awhile and you'll be feeling great.

2. Same here.... which is why I workout indoors... |
|
especially in the summer. I must be allergic to something here (in Florida), because everytime I run outside I break out in a rash all over my body. I can sweat for hours indoors and never get that.
Gotta LOVE those endorphins.
