And say to yourself, "Why don't I wear these? They're cute." So you put them on and once you end up with blisters remember why. :(

Now for the rest of the day, it's Band-Aids and Birkenstocks. Something to be said though for comfortable shoes.

in 9 months?" Because they are still perfectly good shoes, cute and in good shape, only that one small problem - they don't fit!

5. Even meaner...

I'm going to try to pawn them off on my daughter. We wear the same shoe size, but she has narrower feet. That's ok though, she had a growth spurt, but didn't gain weight, so her clothes size dropped from a 9 to a 7, so I get all her old hand me downs too.

Yes, I have a kid as tall as me now. I feel old. :D

3. Every winter I get amnesia

and forget that my summer dress sandals are evil. So every summer I wear put them on again and end up with blisters. Then I go buy more shoes that hurt me and repeat the process all over again. :)

And then I put them back in the closet and go through the process again a few times before I finally get rid of them!
