Deja Vu, SLC thrown onto the national stage yet again because of a missing person.
This story has dominated the news here and if you guys haven't heard some wild news has come out against the husband of the woman missing.
Since 2002 he's stated he graduated from the University of Utah. It's been found out he was lying to his family and wife. In two weeks the couple were going to move to North Carolina, where he was entering medical school. It's come out he never once applied to the University of North Carolina medical school.
Now he's been admitted to the Psyche Ward at the University of Utah Hospital.
Something is fishy here. This man has been lying since 2002 to not only his parents, but to his wife. What is even stranger, why would he go as far as to relocate to North Carolina knowing very well he didn't applied?
This is what I believe happened.....total speculation on my part, but since I'm not the media, nor the police, I am afforded that right.
I think he was failing out of the University of Utah. Scared to disappoint his wife and family he lied about graduating. As with most lies, they tend to grow as time passes on. I bet something came up about medical school and he lied again, saying that he was going to apply.
Scared that he'd look bad if he didn't get in, he lied about getting in - knowing full well he didn't even apply.
As the weeks pressed on it became more clear to him that all his lies were going to boil over. I mean if you're moving your wife to NC and you don't even have a job, or even an acceptance situation to a medical school, you're going to be in trouble.
It probably plagued him every night, knowing very well he'd soon be outed to his whole family that he lied about graduating and lied about applying and getting into medical school.
Then it hits him, what if his wife just disappeared?
He'd be off the hook. Too distraught to go to NC, no one would ever find out that he never graduated from the UofU or didn't apply to med school.
So he did it.
I find it quite odd the day she comes up missing he BUYS a new bed, throwing away the old one. Could it be that he killed her while she slept? Got a new bed, tossed out the old one? Dropped her body off in some mountain bushes and parked her car at the entrance of the Grove?
Perfect.
She went jogging, I was sleeping......
Hm.
Of course he is innocent until proven guilty, and I fully accept that he may be innocent.
But on the other hand, I'm not the law so I can have my doubts.
