Any DU movie buffs, please help

My Business Law professor, who is a bit quirky, likes to throw a lot of movie references into his lectures, to see who picks them up. Yesterday he came up with one that nobody knew, so he offered to add a point to anybody's grade, who came back to the next class with the answer.
In what movie do they have a second Christmas 3 months later (on March 25th). I am assuming this is a Christmas movie. The only other clue he gave us is that the leading actor is now dead.

But Bob Hope comes to mind, though the movie I cant remember.

I also know that Bridget Jones Diary had two Xmases in it but I cant rmember much more.
